Where it started
Setting up each session was an exchange of messages: suggesting times, waiting for a reply, confirming. Group workshops added another layer (spots, payments, lists), all by hand.
What was built
Online booking in three steps: the workshop or session, the date on the calendar and the confirmation.
Workshops with their own capacity per service, not one global limit.
Mercado Pago payment built into the booking, running in production.
Unpaid bookings free up the spot on their own, and the confirmation arrives by email.
The site presents her professional approach; it is not just a form.
