Where it started
Every order was a WhatsApp conversation: asking the price, checking stock, sending details, arranging payment. The business was selling, but every sale cost counter time, and late-night sales simply did not happen.
What was built
Online catalog with the products of every branch, each with its own stock.
Mercado Pago checkout built in: orders arrive paid, not as questions, and confirm themselves once the payment is approved.
Every order has its own code and a branded email, for the customer and for Adriana.
Training courses sold alongside physical products.
Baseline SEO: the store shows up when people search for the brand and its industry.
